Champagne Bouzy Grand Cru et 1er Cru in Bouzy

                                                               
Henri Beaufort and his sons, Hugues and Ludovic  are winegrowers from father to sons since 1820. They produce each year about 140 000 bottles of Champagne and Bouzy.
 
The 13 hectares of vines are located on Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours/Marne, 3 villages classified in 100% Grand Cru, and 2 ha 50 on Mareuil/Ay, classified in 1er Cru.
 
The main grape variety cultivated is the pinot noir (78%) and the other is the Chardonnay.
 
About 350 000 botlles are aged in the cellar for 3 years.
