Domaine de la
Mandelière is located near Chablis.
About 16 hectares of
Chardonnay are cultivated and classified in Petit Chablis, Chablis and
Chablis 1er Cru.
To make a clear and
lively Chablis, as we love it, green harvest is done during the spring
and, only the best grapes are selected during the harvest.
The vintage 2005 is
typical from Chablis: mineral, supple and fruity but also very elegant
and fresh. Ready to drink, it will get in roundness in the next few
years.
